From the first contact, Anne was personable and responsive. The initial study of the surrounding community, pricing guidelines, etc. was comprehensive and provided a wealth of information. She was also willing to listen and accept opinions other then her own, a trait that should be more common, but isn't.

The guidance provided BEFORE the listing was extremely helpful and the potential buyers who visited our home were plentiful. When contract problems arose, resources were made available to address and negate. Ultimately the house sold for full list and the settlement took place without a glitch.
